Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropertyInsight.ai (the "Service"), operated by PropertyInsight.ai, LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Our Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.

PropertyInsight.ai, LLC provides property intelligence services through PropertyInsight.ai, including property research (drawn primarily from commercial data providers, supplemented by public records when they are available and by U.S. Census Bureau data for area context), title chain analysis, and transaction readiness assessments for mortgage professionals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

The Site and its services are available only to individuals that are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. If You are under eighteen (18) years of age or do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not access, view, download or otherwise use any page on the Site other than the home page located at www.propertyinsight.ai and do not submit an online application to become a user or subscriber.

To use the Service, you must also:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (month to month)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your subscription does not renew
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan
• Pay-as-you-go property unlocks are one-time, non-refundable purchases
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits including monthly searches and user seats. Usage resets on your billing date each month. Exceeding your plan limits may require upgrading to a higher tier.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service, or any data obtained from it, as a factor in establishing any consumer’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or admission, or for any other purpose requiring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. PropertyInsight.ai, LLC is not a consumer reporting agency and the Service does not provide consumer reports — see our Disclaimer
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute Service data without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

While we strive to provide accurate property data, PropertyInsight.ai, LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. Users should verify critical information through official channels before making legal or financial decisions. The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PropertyInsight.ai, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

PropertyInsight.ai, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
