What is the MCP AI Channel?

MCP AI Channel lets Claude or Cursor read property records you already saved. Asking on the property page works after a pull, including pay-as-you-go.

Does every Teams seat get Premium?

Teams and Teams Premium are flat plans for up to 10 people. There is no per-seat Premium toggle. Both include the MCP AI Channel. Pro includes 250,000 AI tokens per person per month. Pro Premium, Teams and Teams Premium include 500,000 tokens per person per month. Each person's allowance is separate and renews with the subscription billing cycle. Enterprise allowances are contract-defined.

When do my allowances renew?

Search and AI allowances renew with your subscription billing cycle. Unused allowances do not roll over. Existing subscriptions move to the new terms at their next verified renewal; your billing page shows your current allowances.

Are team AI tokens shared?

No. Pro includes 250,000 AI tokens per person per month. Pro Premium, Teams and Teams Premium include 500,000 tokens per person per month. Each person's allowance is separate and renews with the subscription billing cycle. Enterprise allowances are contract-defined. Contact support to request a different AI allowance.

What counts as a property search?

A completed, confirmed property-data pull or Update Data request counts as one search. Finding an address and revisiting your saved property data do not use another search. Data availability varies by property and location.
